WAIT was founded by a group of passionate Bangladeshi remittance fighters who left their homeland to build better lives abroad — but never forgot where they came from. Witnessing hardship from afar, they decided that love for Bangladesh must be expressed through action.
What began as informal donations among friends grew into a structured, transparent non-profit dedicated to serving the underprivileged across Bangladesh. Today, WAIT connects a global community of Bangladeshis united by one purpose: to give back.
